Production Description

JS500 can be used to mix dry and hard concrete, plastic concrete, flowing concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortars. It is suitable for various construction projects and prefabricated component plants.

The advantage of JS series: Have a patent for shaft end seal; Q235 national standard steel plate; Changli self-made high manganese alloy lining plate and blade; The boring machine process ensures that both ends of the mixing shaft are in the same concentric circle, so as to avoid collision between the two shafts; Carbon dioxide shielded welding is used to weld all parts to make the welding more firm and not easy to deform; Use a sandblasting machine to remove rust and welding slag on the surface of the mixer, so that the surface of the mixer can be more comfortable when painting; Carry out three layers of painting treatment, namely primer finish antirust paint, which is not easy to paint off and is more beautiful.

Items to be checked before use in each shift:

1. Check whether the machine body is stable.

2. Check whether the connecting bolts on the blade and arm are loose. If they are loose, tighten them immediately. Especially, after the new machine is used for a shift, tighten the connecting bolts of the blade, lining plate and support arm again to ensure that the clearance between the mixing blade and lining plate is less than 5mm.

3. Whether the connecting bolts of the loading frame are firm.

4. Whether the water pump has sufficient water and whether the pipeline is smooth.

Maintenance after each shift:

1. Clean up the ash on the inside and outside of the mixing drum, the discharge door and the hopper, and flush with water. There shall be no deposit in the hopper.

2. Add lubricating oil to each lubricating point, use # 00 lithium base grease once every 2 hours, and add 10-15 times every time

3. In cold seasons, all water in the water supply system shall be drained.

4. Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical control box.

5. Grease the big gear on the main engine and the observation hole. Anyone who sees a grease fitting must apply butter once every three days.
