1. When installing or replacing new or old molds, be sure to avoid collision and bump, assemble in a civilized manner, and protect the molds.
2. Check the size of the mold and the condition of the welding joint frequently during the use. If there is a weld crack, repair it in time. If the wear is too fast, adjust the particle size of the aggregate. If the wear is excessive, affect the product quality, a new mold is required.
3. Carefully adjust the clearance, including the distance between the indenter and the mold core, between the indenter and the moving plane of the skip car, between the mold frame and the wire plate. The relative movement shall not interfere with or rub against each other.
4. When cleaning the mold daily, use the air compressor and soft tools to remove the concrete residue. It is strictly prohibited to strike or pry the mold by gravity.
5. The replaced mold shall be cleaned, oiled and rustproof. It shall be placed in a dry and flat place and supported flat to prevent gravity deformation.
6. Cleaning. We think it is troublesome to clean many heavy equipment. It is also wrong to think that the equipment hardly needs cleaning because of its bulkiness. Whether the equipment needs cleaning depends on the working conditions. We humans need to take a bath every day when working in a very dirty environment. The same is true for the equipment. We must clean the mold, pump station and power distribution cabinet every day after the production of the cement brick machine.
7. Before production, please check every part of the cement brick machine, such as the tightness of the screws, the tightness of the motor belt, and the joint of the welding seams.
8. It is important to note that the mold is an important part of our production, but the mold is easy to wear, although the mold produced by our company has undergone heat treatment. However, please carefully clean the mold after production every day, so as to prolong the life of the mold. The replaced mould shall be oiled and stored after cleaning to ensure the next replacement.
