Production Description

Dryer machine are highly efficient, mechanically agitated, indirect heat transfer devices that add or remove heat from a process mass. It's commonly used for drying, heating or cooling of paste, filter cake, powder and granule materials from various industries.

Dryer consists of a jacketed trough and two counter-rotating shafts with unique intermeshing hollow discs to produce intimate mixing and optimize heat transfer. Heat medium, such as steam, hot water or hot thermal oil, flows inside both the heating jacket and hollow discs to form heating surface. Wet material is conveyed through the paddle dryer by agitator paddles welded on disc peripheries. With regular mixing, shearing, displacement and heat transfer, moisture evaporates fast and uniformly. When wet material reaches the opposite end of the dryer, it's dried and discharged directly.
